SHIPPING POLICY

Our standard delivery UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For Delivery, which should see your parcel landing on your doorstep 2-3 days after you place an order with us. We offer free delivery on any orders over £120. Next-day delivery service is also available for those who just can't wait! Please bear in mind that all deliveries need to be signed for, so you’ll need to make sure there will be someone at the delivery address.

UK Delivery is £5.95 using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Service. This service aims to deliver the next working day, but can take 2-3 days. FREE Next Day Delivery Shipping on all orders over £120. For all emergencies, or if you do not want to wait, we offer UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service through Royal Mail which is £8.95 (Orders must be placed before 1pm).

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item of jewellery, we will refund or an exchange an item returned within 10 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, however, we cannot accept returns on earrings. The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original pouch and box provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and will instead be returned to the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and the funds will be returned to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to exchange your item, we will send the new item free of charge.

We ask that if you are shipping an item over £50, you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that do not reach us - this is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to exchange on item for another, you must first return the original item.

Please note that while we are happy to repair damage to any faulty items (providing it occurs within 6 months of purchase), we do not offer repairs to items that are damaged through misuse. Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.
